Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. Order alerts and updates are sent by EaziKart using included message credits. You keep using your normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app to talk to customers.
Can customers pay inside WhatsApp?
Customers pay on your store page, which opens from the link you share: UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, or Cash on Delivery. The order confirmation and updates then come to them on WhatsApp.
What does a WhatsApp store cost?

Can I share a single product instead of the whole store?
