How do I create an online store?

Do I need coding or design skills?
No. Products, prices, delivery charges and how the store looks are all set from a dashboard. You pick a ready-made theme and arrange your store’s homepage yourself.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, no credit card. Build the store, add products and see it working before paying anything.
Can I accept online payments, and where does the money go?
Yes, and it goes straight into your own bank account. You connect your own free Razorpay account from the dashboard in a few clicks, so customer payments settle directly to you. EaziKart never holds or routes your sales money.
Can I offer Cash on Delivery or store pickup?
Both, on every plan, and you switch each one on or off yourself. For pickup you set your address and choose whether the order is paid online in advance or at the counter on collection.
Can I use my own domain name?
Every store gets a free yourshop.eazikart.com address from day one. From the Basic plan you can also connect a domain you already own, such as www.yourshop.com: point two DNS records and SSL is issued automatically.
Which features come with which plan?
Every plan includes the store, payments, COD and pickup, WhatsApp alerts and GST invoices. Smart Search, advanced filters and buyer analytics start on Business; combo offers, languages and currencies on Professional. The pricing section shows all of it side by side, and you can try each feature in the playground.
Do you charge a commission on my sales?
No. You pay a monthly plan price and nothing per order. The one usage-based cost is the WhatsApp order alerts sent to you and your staff, billed from your store wallet; every plan starts you with credits.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If EaziKart is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first plan payment and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.
