4. Problem with an order you placed as a shopper?
Stores on EaziKart are run independently by their owners. If you ordered something from a store built on our platform, contact that store directly — their contact details are in the footer of their storefront, and on your order confirmation email.
The seller handles delivery, returns and refunds for your order. If you cannot reach a seller at all, write to support@eazikart.com and we will try to put you in touch.
