Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact details, including a working mobile number and email, so we can send order alerts and account notices.

You are responsible for everything done from your dashboard, including by staff logins you create. Keep your password private and remove staff who leave.

Every store gets a free address on eazikart.com. Store addresses are allocated first come, first served, and we may reclaim addresses that impersonate another brand or contain offensive terms.

Your store name, branding, product data, photos, customer list and order history belong to you. We only use them to run your store and support you.

You can close the store at any time from the dashboard or by emailing support. We keep a copy for 30 days after closure in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Online payments go through your own Razorpay account and settle directly to your bank. EaziKart never holds, routes or delays your sales money and charges no commission or per-order fee.

Cash on Delivery and store-pickup payments are collected by you. Refunds to your customers are between you and them; EaziKart is not a party to those sales.

The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. When it ends the store keeps its data but stops taking orders until a plan is chosen.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you choose (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual) and renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

WhatsApp order alerts sent to you and your staff are billed from your store wallet at the rates shown on the pricing page. Every plan starts you with wallet credits.

You may only sell goods and services that are legal to sell in India and that you are entitled to sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, prices, taxes, invoices and deliveries.

You may not use EaziKart to send spam, host malware, infringe trademarks or copyrights, or collect customer data for purposes outside your store.

We may suspend a store that breaks these rules or puts other stores at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.

We work to keep stores online at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the dashboard in advance.

We may change features and prices. Price changes apply from your next renewal, never mid-term.

EaziKart is provided as a service to run your store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the plan fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
